PT Notes Generator provides AI-assisted PT documentation. It is a drafting tool only and not medical advice. All content must be reviewed by a licensed professional.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials. All account activity is your responsibility.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Up to 5 free PT notes.
• Unlimited generations require a paid monthly subscription.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rules:

• Access remains active until billing period ends.
• No refunds for partial periods.
• Paid features end when the subscription expires.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI content may be incorrect or incomplete.
• Users must review and edit notes.
• We are not liable for clinical or professional misuse.

6. Prohibited Use

• Submitting false data
• Using notes without professional review
• Illegal activities
• Reverse engineering the platform
• Abusing usage limits or subscriptions

7. Data Storage & Privacy

We store:

• Account information
• Generated notes
• Usage metrics

Data is stored securely using Supabase. We do not sell personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

• AI content inaccuracies
• Billing issues caused by third parties
• User misuse of the Service
• Data loss or downtime

9. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify the Service and these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
